Welcome to the official website of the Zeta Chi Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. I am honored to be President for our first full year as a new Chapter and I want to acknowledge the leadership provided by Soror Dr. Keisha Payton-Deanes to get our chapter chartered.

Zeta Chi was chartered on December 9, 2023, by 7 business and professional-minded women and proudly serves Eastern Henrico, Charles City, and New Kent Counties of Virginia. Our chapter is continuously making an impact in the areas we serve.

Iota History

Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated was founded in Chicago, Illinois by Lola Mercedes Parker on June 1, 1929. Lola's vision was to create a sorority that aided to empower young African American Women in the field of business.
